The Owners

The Daniels House is owned and operated by Patrick and Adele.

Patrick is a professional musician / guitar technician who has spent the last 20 years working in the music industry and touring the world with bands such as Mastodon, Matisyahu, Big Wreck, Thornley and his own band, HAARD, before getting into real estate investment. Originally from Northern Ireland, Adele is a Professor of literature at Emerson College who specializes in Shakespeare and early modern literature. They share the Daniels House with their young daughters, Evie and Lucia. 

 

 

In 2018 they immediately fell in love with this charming yet then rundown First Period Home and carried out a full restoration of the 3950 sqft property. They won a Preservation Award from Historic Salem Inc for their efforts and opened their doors for business in January 2020. Since then, it has been an honor and a pleasure to share this important and beautiful piece of early American History, which has played host to locals and visitors, including famed playwright Arthur Miller, from around the world for over 350 years.
